Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of Mintr — our website, mobile applications, and training services. Please read them carefully, in particular the sections on billing, cancellation, and refunds, before creating an account or purchasing a membership.
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By creating a Mintr account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Mintr website or mobile applications (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
When you purchase a membership, you are additionally asked to expressly confirm your acceptance of these terms — including the billing and no-refund provisions below — before your subscription starts.
Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase a membership. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Your account is personal: it may not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to anyone else.
- Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
The Mintr service
Mintr is an EMOM-based (Every Minute On the Minute) training platform. Depending on your membership level, the Service includes personalized training programs, workout tracking, performance scoring, global leaderboards and rankings, achievements, and related features, available through our mobile applications and website.
We continuously improve the Service. Features, programs, scoring formulas, rankings, and content may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice, and such changes do not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
Memberships & billing
Mintr offers paid memberships as automatically recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
How billing works
Each billing period is paid upfront. The full price of the period (month or year) is charged at the beginning of that period, and your membership then renews automatically at the start of every subsequent period until cancelled.
Yearly plans are displayed as a monthly rate but billed annually. Where a yearly membership price is shown “per month”, this is for comparison purposes only: the full annual amount (the monthly rate × 12) is charged in a single upfront payment at the start of each yearly billing period.
- No commitment: there is no minimum subscription term. You may cancel at any time, but you must do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period (see Cancellation below).
- Free trials: where a free trial is offered, a valid payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and the first billing period is charged in full.
- Discounts and referral credit: promotional discounts and referral rewards apply as described at checkout or on the referral page and may be modified or withdrawn for future billing periods.
- Price changes: we may change membership prices. Price changes never apply retroactively and take effect at your next renewal; where required by law, we will notify you in advance so you can cancel before the new price applies.
- Failed payments: if a renewal charge fails, we may retry it and/or suspend your paid access until payment succeeds.
- Taxes: displayed prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location, as indicated at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings on the website. Cancellation stops the automatic renewal — it does not end your current period early.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before your next billing date. Charges that have already been processed are not reversed.
- After cancelling, you keep full access to your paid membership until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When that period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.
- Uninstalling the app, stopping training, or letting your account go unused does not cancel your membership — you must cancel it explicitly.
No-refund policy
All payments are final — no refunds
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all membership payments are non-refundable, in full and in part, for any reason whatsoever. This includes — without limitation — refund requests based on:
- Health issues, illness, injury, or medical conditions (whether or not related to training);
- Dissatisfaction with the Service, programs, features, or results;
- No longer being able or willing to work out, for any reason;
- Lack of use, forgetting to use the Service, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal;
- Not being aware of, or misunderstanding, the billing process — including that yearly plans shown as a monthly rate are billed annually upfront;
- Changes in personal, professional, or financial circumstances;
- Feature changes, or the modification or removal of specific content or programs.
Since each billing period is paid upfront and you retain access until the end of any period you have paid for, the service you purchased is delivered in full. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
Payment processing (Stripe)
All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor certified to the highest industry security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1). Your card details are transmitted directly to and stored by Stripe — Mintr never receives or stores your full card number, CVC, or any other sensitive payment credentials.
By purchasing a membership you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and acknowledge that your payment data is handled in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file for as long as your subscription is active.
Referral program
Mintr may offer a referral program under which you receive a personal code granting a discount to people you refer and account credit or other rewards to you. The following rules apply:
- Referral rewards and discounts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable.
- Rewards are typically applied as credit against future billing periods of your own membership.
- Self-referral, fake accounts, spam, paid advertising on your code, or any other abuse of the program is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time; earned credit already applied to your account is not affected.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Submit false, manipulated, or physically impossible workout results, or otherwise cheat leaderboards, rankings, or achievements;
- Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service or its data;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, or scoring formulas of the Service;
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or other users;
- Impersonate another person or use offensive, misleading, or infringing usernames;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove content, correct or void manipulated scores and rankings, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Health & safety disclaimer
Train at your own risk
Mintr provides fitness programming and tracking tools — not medical advice. Physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are in adequate physical condition to perform the workouts.
- Consult a physician before starting Mintr or any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or have not exercised recently.
- Always use proper form and equipment, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
- Programs, intensities, and progressions generated by the Service are algorithmic suggestions based on the data you provide — they are not a substitute for professional coaching or medical supervision.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with your training, and Mintr is not liable for any injury, health issue, or damage resulting from your use of the programs.
Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, logos, trademarks, training methodology, programs, scoring systems, and content — is owned by Mintr or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial fitness purposes, subject to these terms. No other rights are granted.
You retain ownership of the data you submit (such as workout results), and you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these terms — including cheating, abuse of the referral program, payment fraud, or unlawful conduct. In case of termination for breach, no refund is issued for any remaining paid period.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of any payment already made.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of scores and rankings, or uninterrupted, error-free availability. We do not guarantee any particular fitness result, strength gain, or ranking outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mintr and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Changes to the service or terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example by email or an in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; if you do not agree, you must cancel your membership and stop using the Service before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the place where Mintr is established, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
